What should I expect at my first appointment?

At the start of the appointment, you will be asked to complete a medical intake form. This is to help me personalise your treatment and understand your goals.

It is best to wear loose-fitting clothes that are comfortable.

You will be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and will lie on the massage table under a sheet and towel.

What is your cancellation procedure?

Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.

  • Cancellations can be made via text or email.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of the full fee of the service cost.

  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule effectively. 

How do I pay for my appointment?

Payment can done by bank transfer or by cash.

Where would the treatment take place?

In a room at your home that is big enough to fit a massage bed and have room for the therapist to move around.

Are there any contraindications for having a massage?

Please let me know if you have any of the following:

  • Diabetes

  • Any recent surgeries

  • Any illnesses

  • Any clotting problems

Are there any side effects?

You may feel tired and slightly sore the next day.

It is important to drink plenty of water after the treatment.
