What should I expect at my first appointment?
At the start of the appointment, you will be asked to complete a medical intake form. This is to help me personalise your treatment and understand your goals.
It is best to wear loose-fitting clothes that are comfortable.
You will be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and will lie on the massage table under a sheet and towel.
What is your cancellation procedure?
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.
Cancellations can be made via text or email.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of the full fee of the service cost.

How do I pay for my appointment?
Payment can done by bank transfer or by cash.
Where would the treatment take place?
In a room at your home that is big enough to fit a massage bed and have room for the therapist to move around.
Are there any contraindications for having a massage?
Please let me know if you have any of the following:
Diabetes
Any recent surgeries
Any illnesses
Any clotting problems
Are there any side effects?
You may feel tired and slightly sore the next day.
It is important to drink plenty of water after the treatment.
